Please read below carefully and understand before purchasing our products.
・KusaKanmuri scarves are produced by manual procedures.
Uneven weave and misaligned prints are features of our products that we hope will leave you with a warm feeling.
Please treat these features as the distinct taste of KusaKanmuri scarves. Also, patterns and sizes can vary.
The colors of scarf images on your computer monitor and the real product colors can be different.
If you request a merchandise exchange for any of the above reasons, you are responsible for all sundry exchange expenses.
・You are to bare the delivery fee both ways, import duties and remittance charge.
・You are to bare all sundry expenses in Japanese Yen through Paypal.
・Your replacement scarves will be dispatched after confirmation of payment.
Return and exchange policy
・If you request returns or exchanges please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that we will not be able to accept any returns and exchanges after 7 days.
・We will not accept any used products for returns and exchanges.
・Refunds for returns will be processed through Paypal.
・If payment is required in product exchanges we will send you an invoice for the balance through Paypal.
・You are to bare the delivery fee for returning products and we will send you that invoice through Paypal.
・Exchanged products will be dispatched after receipt of returned product and confirmation of payment of the delivery fee.
Defective products and incorrect delivery
・If you receive defective products or incorrect products, please contact us immediately.
We will contact you about the method of return delivery and refund.
・When you return products please write ‘Refund’ on the invoice attached with the package.
